For ‘New Europeans’ – a collective responsible for the Arts and culture program around the Dutch chairmanship of the European Union – Wael organized dialogues discussing European identity, which were published online as podcasts.
Frantz Fanon’s Black Skin, White Masks (1952) functioned as a starting point for the dialogues. His particular conception of identity proved to incite possible new ways of thinking of and dealing with Europe.
